Sometimes I would spell it ‘Zoka’ and others I would spell it ‘Zoko.’ The first is the proper spelling. Moving on. @SKH: The great thing about Zoka coffee (And another place’s coffee I’ll be blogging about soon) is that they don’t burn their beans so they last longer. Their beans are nice and fresh, giving them a wonderful taste. Sure the beans don’t last as long, but they’re not for saving!
